Conrad Fritzsch joined Daimler AG in August 2017. On the 1st of January 2018 he started with his new role as the Head of New Agency Model for Digital Marketing at Mercedes-Benz.

Conrad Fritzsch is responsible for setting up a worldwide digital- and strategy agency to raise digital to the next level. Before he was responsible for the digitalization of Marketing & Sales where he was in the lead for the development of innovative digital products and the implementation of new working models. He brought marketing and IT together within a swarm organization and set up a 'digital house'.
